Below, I have posted five of my recent "Rubber Duck" paintings. In one of them, you will find their friend "Stimpy" the big, dumb cat from the Rhen and Stimpy cable TV show which ran in the 1990's. Notice that some of these are painted in a "classical still life" format.
Currently in two US galleries, I am a realist oil painter who does figures, portraits, still lifes, and landscapes. Previously, I worked as a scientist for nearly 30 years at IBM Research.I have been painting and drawing since I was five years old, and minored in studio art in college. I spent 14 years studying the "Reilly Technique" for drawing and painting under Ceasar Borgia at the "Reilly League of Artists" in White Plains, New York while I still worked at IBM. I have been a full time artist since I retired six years ago from IBM.
